Dwayne is a 1989 graduate of the First Apostolic Christian School in Richlands, Virginia and received a broadcasting diploma from the Columbia School of Broadcasting in Washington, DC in 1992. Dwayne is an accomplished radio announcer with a 14 year career in Christian radio. He worked for WYRV in Cedar Bluff, Virginia, WGTH in Richlands, Virginia, The Spirit FM Network in Lynchburg, Virginia and served as the General Manager of JOY AM 1050 WAMN in Bluefield, West Virginia.
Dwayne and his wife Jennifer are experienced worship leaders and most recently served as worship leaders at First Assembly of God in Bristol, Virginia. Dwayne has also served on the musical staff at Highlands Fellowship in Abingdon, Virginia.
Dwayne accepted the call to preach in April 2009 and shortly after began Addison Ministries with his wife Jennifer.
Jennifer is passionate about winning souls to the Kingdom of God. She has a burden for edifying, renewing, and encouraging women with The Good News! She has been ministering in song since age nine, but didn't discover her love and gift for public speaking and teaching until she began lecturing in 2001.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and criminal justice from Bluefield College and a Master's degree in clinical psychology from Marshall University. She currently teaches psychology at a local community college where she is also an administrator. She worked as a supervised psychologist in the State of West Virginia for four years.
Jennifer has been married to Dwayne since 2003 and they have a son, Gabriel. Of all the achievements God has granted her, being a wife and mother are her most prized. Jennifer, along with her husband Dwayne, founded Addison Ministries in 2009. She and Dwayne have a dynamic ministry as they are both gifted worship leaders and speakers.
